Where to Shop for Maternity Clothes

If you are pregnant, this post is especially for you! Let's do my favourite thing and talk about SHOPPING! haha :) 

Frequently when I am talking to my maternity clients, they are telling me about how hard it is to find a good source of stylish maternity clothes in Montreal. So I thought I would just let you know about where I have found some really cute outfits for while you’re pregnant!

I love the style and simplicity (and let’s face it, price-tag) when shopping at H&M and Old Navy for maternity clothes. They do have some maternity dresses, but their section isn't as expansive as a place like Thyme Maternity which specializes in maternity wear. They have 5 locations around Montreal so you most likely have one near you! 

But if you are anything like me, you love a good online shop. A past client has emphatically recommended PinkBlushMaternity, this is a shop in the US, so the prices are in USD, but their shipping isn't too out of this world, and their dresses are beyond beautiful! AND they have a plus-size maternity section too! Another favourite of mine would be Zara! It used to be that I would have to purchase a maxi dress to pass it off as maternity, but they now have a maternity selection! Just click on Woman on their website and then select Mom. You will see some seriously stylish and totally in style looks! It is on the pricier side, but SO worth it! <3

They are based out of Toronto, and the thing that stands out about this shop that I did not see in any other website, is that they are more interested in helping you find your proper fit and that you are feeling amazing, than they are in the actual sale. Many of my clients book their maternity session thinking they need to provide their own outfits, and I can only imagine how stressful that must feel. But in actuality, my clients only really need to bring a few sets of bra and underwear and I take care of the rest! Many clients still bring a couple of outfits of their own, but every one of them loves playing with the dresses and accessories that I have on hand.
